National Meeting Offers Continuing Education Opportunities

Coming to the national meeting next month? Add value to your tuition with continuing education credit.

All of our meeting events are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs), with each course worth 0.8 CEU. For meeting events, you can earn 2.05 CEUs for all 3 days—or individualize the credit you earn if you’re attending fewer days.

To earn credit for your training course or other meeting events, you can apply with our CEU provider at http://eu.montana.edu/flc. There is a $25.00 application fee.

If you’re taking the advanced course, “Communicating With Influencers at Your Lab,” you don’t need to apply for credit because the American Management Association provides several types of credit to those who complete the course. (You would still need to apply for credit for your other days, if interested.)

Attendees often ask us about other forms of credit such as CLEs or PDUs. While these aren’t included as part of our events, we’ve seen several people successfully apply to their state bars and other accrediting bodies for these types of credit. We’re happy to assist with documentation for these types of applications on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any questions about our continuing education opportunities, contact the FLC’s training specialist, Lauren Pafumi, at lpafumi@totaltechnologyinc.net.
