2019 FLC National Meeting Video Sessions Now Available

The FLC national meeting is an annual opportunity for technology transfer (T2) and industry professionals to discover new ways to achieve commercialization success, attend valuable training sessions, and establish business connections. The 2019 national meeting held in Orlando, Florida, April 23-25 featured the theme “Creating Innovative Collaboration.”

As one of the most anticipated events in the T2 community, the FLC national meeting provides insight from expert public- and private-sector speakers. Several of the sessions held on Wednesday, April 24, at this year’s national meeting were recorded on video.

The 2019 video sessions are now available to view, and include the following presentations:

  • Opening Remarks by FLC Chair John Dement and Dr. Walter Copan, Under Secretary of Commerce for Standards and Technology, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Director
  • Manufacturing USA Panel featuring David McFeeters-Krone, partnership expert, Intellectual Assets Corp.
  • NASA Kennedy Space Center’s Transition to a Multi-User Spaceport by Robyn Mitchell, NASA
  • ROI and Lab-to-Market Next Steps featuring Jennifer Shieh, U.S. SBA, Office of Investment and Innovation; Dr. Walter Copan; Paul Zielinski, Director of the NIST Technology Partnerships Office (TPO)
  • Lab Directors Forum featuring Ric Trotta, Trotta Associates.
