Opportunity: The Engineer Research and Development Center, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) is currently accepting BUILDER™ patent license applications. This license will allow licensees to sell and distribute BUILDER™ to commercial entities. 

Details: BUILDER™ is a web-based software application developed at ERDC-CERL to help civil engineers, technicians, and managers decide when, where, and how to best maintain building infrastructure. ERDC-CERL is seeking applications for licensing applications in five areas, including sales, distribution and technical support.
