2018 NIST-TEDCO Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Education & Training Series
The FLC Mid-Atlantic Region is excited to support the 2018 NIST-TEDCO Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Education and Training Series featuring seminars designed to advance regional industry R&D through the commercialization process.
Seminar #2, “Tools for Researchers to Help Maximize the Impact of Their Research,” will take place Thursday, March 15, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. EDT on NIST’s campus – Building 101 (Admin Building), Lecture Room A. Presented by Mr. Ben Solomon, CEO and Co-Founder of Hyperion Technologies, this seminar will focus on the following:
- Understanding if your research has commercial potential
- How to identify and cultivate relationships with potential collaborators
- Tips to describe your research impacts using meaningful business language
- Leveraging the tools of Silicon Valley to boost your research impact.
