FLC Bylaws

Since its formal charter by the Federal Technology Transfer Act of 1986, the FLC has set in place organizational bylaws for all members and participating members to acknowledge and adhere by for the organization to function successfully. More Info

This Strategic Plan was developed to guide the FLC as it seeks to fulfill its legislative mandates during the planning period of 2015-2019.More Info
