Cost-Shared Contracts

Cost-Shared Contracts

Cost-Shared Contracts are collaborative agreements to conduct R&D of mutual interest to the government and an industry partner. These contracts are awarded through a procurement process and specify how costs are to be shared between the parties. Generally, the government agrees not to share commercially valuable data generated under the contract for a given period of time.
