The Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer (FLC) is required by 15 U.S.C. 3710(e)(6) to submit a report to the President, Congress, and appropriate agencies not later than one year after October 20, 1986, and every year thereafter. In accordance with this statutory mandate, the FLC is providing this report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007.
