If you want to learn about ways to connect with federal laboratories, please join us for special events on Thursday afternoon! The FLC is pleased to invite members of the business community to attend afternoon events on May 5 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. — at no cost. This invitation applies to the Tech Fair and Thursday's afternoon sessions (morning sessions and the FLC awards reception and banquet are not included).
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The FLC offers optional university-accredited continuing education units (CEUs) for all training courses, as well as for the entire national meeting. Each option is available for a $25 application fee, to be paid directly to the accrediting university.
TTWG Session
The Department of Energy's Technology Transfer Working Group (TTWG) will host a session open only to DOE members on Wednesday, May 4. If you are a DOE member, this session is included in the cost of the meeting, or it may be purchased at a cost of $245. You must be a DOE member to participate.
Cancellations
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the meeting are subject to a 40% cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made less than forty-five (45) days prior to the meeting are subject to a 70% cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made less than thirty (30) days prior to the meeting are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Non-Payment Policy
All registration fees must be paid in full within 30 days after the event. Fees unpaid after this date are subject to a 15% late fee. Any outstanding registration fees from prior meetings must be paid before attending a current event.
