If you wish to support the FLC national meeting or host an activity, the contribution options listed below are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For any supporter on any item, your logo will be placed on:

  • The FLC website, www.federallabs.org/meeting, and linked to your website
  • The opening video, recognizing your organization as a supporter of the 2011 FLC national meeting
  • Meeting signage throughout the meeting spaces
  • Attendee promotional items (example: bags, t-shirts, etc.)
  • Onsite agenda
  • Any other meeting marketing materials and advertisements.

Exhibitors/Tech Fair Participants

From May 4-5, 2011, the FLC is offering member laboratories and organizations the opportunity to display their latest technologies and resources at its 2011 national meeting, You're in T2 Country, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Booth space is sold out!

Setup Time:
Tuesday, May 3 after 5:00 p.m.

Show Times:
Wednesday, May 4 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 5 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Breakdown Time:
From Thursday, May 5 after 6:30 p.m. to Friday, May 6 at noon

* Please note: Setup and breakdown times are strict. Due to various events happening in this area throughout the week, you may not set up or break down outside of the times listed above.

With the registration of a booth, your logo will be displayed on:

  • The FLC website, www.federallabs.org/meeting, and linked to your website
  • The opening video, recognizing your organization as an exhibitor at the 2011 FLC national meeting
  • Meeting signage throughout the meeting spaces
  • Attendee promotional items (example: bags, t-shirts, etc.)

With your exhibitor or Tech Fair registration, you receive the following items:

  • 10-ft. x 8 to 10-ft. space
  • Electricity
  • blue/silver backed wall drape
  • blue side rail drape
  • (1) blue draped table
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) ID sign
  • (1) wastebasket

An exhibitor kit will be sent to you upon completion of your registration and will include all rental and shipping information for the drayage company, Freeman (phone 615-391-5522; fax 615-902-9014; www.freemanco.com), and the Nashville Marriott.
