  • Laboratory personnel may provide consulting to a private-sector party to further the technology transfer process.

Features/Characteristics

  • The laboratory must approve these arrangements to ensure that there are neither conflicts of interest nor potential intellectual property (IP) concerns.

I.P. and Resource Commitment

  • Requests will have to be screened for IP concerns. Fee is negotiable.
