Description

  • The NASA Joint Sponsored Research Agreement (JSRA) is a collaborative research and development effort under authority of the Space Act used for the development of commercialization of NASA dual-use technologies where funds are involved.

Features/Characteristics

  • NASA may provide resources, including funds, services, equipment, information, intellectual property or facilities on a shared or pooled basis for the purpose of advancing mission goals and transferring the resulting technology to the private sector.

    The JSRA is used to advance NASA mission-related projects and goals.

I.P. and Resource Commitment

  • Cash or in-kind contributions by the industry partner will be required and must be in reasonable proportion to funds committed by NASA.

    Goods and services are not provided to NASA under this agreement.
