Description
- Interagency Agreements (IAA) are used by government agencies to place orders with other agencies when it is in the government's interest to do so. IAAs specify the goods or work to be furnished, any reporting requirements, arrangements for transfer of funds, and if appropriate, acquisition authority for any contracts to be awarded pursuant to the IAA.
Features/Characteristics
- The procurement requires an approved procurement request, cost estimate of total project, and Statement of Work and performance schedule.
