Description
ARS: Principal purpose is to transfer a thing of value (money, property, services, etc.) to the recipient to stimulate or carry out a public purpose with no substantial involvement anticipated between the agency and the recipient.
FS: Two types of agreements are used. A Domestic Grant Agreement is payment to an outside entity for peformance of a specific project. An International Grant Agreement is payment to an outside, non-U.S. entity for performance of a specific project.
