Description
- Partnership Intermediaries - Entities serve as intermediaries in performing services for the lab that increase the likelihood of success in the conduct of cooperative or joint activities for the lab with small business firms or educational institutions/organizations.
Contracts or Memoranda of Understanding are put in place with agencies of state or local governments or other entities chartered and/or funded by the state and local government.
Features/Characteristics
- Leverages state and local governments' small business programs.
Leverages and enhances educational resources.
Creates a focal point/facilitator for small business and educational interactions in tech transfer for federal agencies or laboratories.
