Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer

For 20 years, the Congress of the United States has authorized the partnership of federal laboratories with domestic partners, including state and local governments, businesses, and universities. To help boost the growth of the United States economy, the Army has been active in successfully developing and implementing a wide variety of programs and tools that work to ease the transition of technology from federal laboratories to their domestic partners.
